Welcome to the Sundance Clinic
The Sundance Clinic is home to the South Calgary BABY Clinic, South Calgary PAP Clinic, Breast Clinic and Family Practice.
We are committed to providing excellent care in a nurturing and educational environment. We invite women to call in and book a PAP test or a Breast exam. We are a multidiscipline team and endeavor to provide women with optimum healthcare, education and support.
PAP and Breast appointments are by self-referral. Consultations are by appointment only.
Families of newborns - please call to book an appointment for Mom and baby immediately upon discharge from hospital.
There are no walk-in appointments available.
All patients must have active Alberta Health Care coverage.
Clinic and cancellation policy
Please provide two full business days' notice to cancel or change an appointment. There is a $50 fee for missed appointments without sufficient prior notice. Your account must be resolved to allow future appointments to be made at the clinic.
We would prefer that you do not smoke just prior to your appointment time.
Please do not bring food or drink into the clinic.
